The tour begins and ends in Croatia, with side trips to Slovenia. Visit the most famous cities of these two Central European countries - including Zagreb, Ljubljana, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik.

In addition to visiting these cities, this Central Europe Group Tour also treats you to the spectacular scenic vistas of Bled, a famous resort town in Slovenia and Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. Central Europe Tour - Croatia & Slovenia


Day 01 : Arrival at Zagreb, Croatia

This Central Europe group tour begins with your arrival at Zagreb, Croatia. The capital and largest city of Croatia, Zagreb is also one of the most important gateways that connects the country to the rest of Europe.

Our representative will receive you on your arrival at Zagreb Airport and escort you to the hotel pre-booked for your stay. Check in to your rooms and relax. No activities are scheduled for the day, owing to the different arrival timings of the fellow members of this Central Europe Group Tour.

You can explore the immediate neighbourhood or relax at the hotel.

Day 02: Zagreb Sightseeing Tour - Road Trip to Bled, Slovenia

Enjoy an early breakfast and check out from the hotel in Zagreb. We will now proceed to explore the city with a Guided Sightseeing Tour of Zagreb. The Half-day tour of Zagreb will be conducted by the Air-conditioned Coach that has been reserved for the duration of this Central Europe Group Tour.

The attractions that we visit as part of the sightseeing tour include the Fortified Upper Town, Historical Centre, Zagreb Cathedral, the Croatian National Theatre, and St. Mark's Church.

After the sightseeing tour concludes, we will proceed on the road trip to Bled, a resort town in Slovenia, with some of the most stunning scenic vistas. Slovenia is the second country that we will be visiting on this Central Europe Group Tour.

On arrival at Bled, proceed directly to the hotel pre-booked for your stay. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you journey towards your hotel.

Time permitting, guests have the option of visiting Lake Bled for boating and a closer look at the island in the middle of this Glacial Lake. Later, proceed to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Road Trip to Ljubljana; Sightseeing Tour - Thereon to Plitvice

On Day 3 of this Central Europe Group Tour, we will bid adieu to Bled and embark on the scenic road trip to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia and its largest city as well. On arrival, enjoy a Guided Sightseeing Tour of Ljubljana. Attractions that we will visit as part of the tour includes the Town Hall, the Historical City Centre, Central Open Air Market, the Three Bridges, and Robba's Fountain.

Later, we will hit the road again, this time, returning to Croatia and head to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the next stop on this Central Europe Group Tour. The Plitvice Lakes National Park is one of the oldest and largest National Parks in Croatia, and a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site as well. Revel in the beauty of the park and its exquisite lakes - there are 16 crystal-blue lakes in all and as many as 92 spectacular waterfalls!

Enjoy walking amidst the stunning scenery. Later, we will check in to our hotel for the night.

Day 04: Road Trip to Zadar; Guided Walking Tour - Thereon to Split

After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Plitvice and enjoy a scenic road trip to Zadar, the next city that we will visit on this Central Europe Group Tour. Located on the Dalmatian Coast in Croatia, Zadar is one of the continuously oldest inhabited cities in the country and hence has a treasure trove of architectural and historical landmarks.

On arrival, we will embark on a Guided Walking Tour of Zadar and visit places such as the Roman Forum that dates way back to the 3rd Century, the 9th Century dated Church of St. Donatus, and the relatively younger 13th-Century-dated St. Anastasia's Cathedral.

Later, we will return to our coach and continue on our road trip, this time to Split, another famously historic city located further down the Dalmatian Coast in Croatia. Here, we will first visit the famous Diocletian's Palace, the 4th Century Palace built by the Roman Emperor on such a colossal scale that it's ruins alone takes up about half the city of Split.

Later, we will proceed to the pre-booked hotel in Split and check-in for the night. We are now nearing the end of this Central Europe Group Tour.

Day 05: Road Trip to Dubrovnik

Today, we will bid adieu to Split and make our way to Dubrovnik, the last city that we will visit on this Central Europe Group Tour. A major seaport and one of the most visited cities on the Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik is highly scenic as you will be able to see on your Guided Sightseeing Tour of Dubrovnik.

Later, we will proceed to check in at the pre-booked hotel for overnight stay.

Day 06: At Leisure at Dubrovnik

Its the last day of your Central Europe Group Tour. No specific activities are scheduled for the day, leaving you free to personalize your itinerary your own way.
