A final steep staircase leads you to the valley floor. Here onwards, the Kailash Parikrama trek becomes easier; however, it still is a 5-hour long trek with no shelter in-between. Pilgrims need to be cautious and stay on the right side of the river to ensure a continuous walk; if you get on the left side, you will not be able to cross further on and will get trapped on that side.
